Many people will remember with fondness Henry Hall, who led the BBC Dance Orchestra in daily broadcasts for many years, and whose 'Music Night' was still popular into the 1960s.

Now for the first time, Hall's music and the smooth swing sound of the BBC Orchestra is being revived in new state-of-the-art recordings. 'Five-Fifteen' was Hall's signature tune, loved by millions. Based in Tallin, Estonia, the Bel Etage company specialises in British music, especially early stage musicals and swing. Their previous CD for Divine Art, 'The Monckton Album', attracted awards and heaps of praise.

Five-Fifteen was recorded in a studio designed to give a warm, authentic, 1930s sound but with modern digital quality. As well as the title track, the CD contains many of the standards made famous by the BBC Dance Orchestra.
