The Micallef-Inanga Piano Duo (Jennifer Micallef and Glen Inanga) began collaborating in 1994 when they began their studies with Aaron Schorr and Martin Roscoe at the Royal Academy of Music in London. They have made a stunning impact on an ever-widening international audience, being noted for the musical vibrancy and infectious pleasure evident in their playing as well as for their technical brilliance and musical unity.
They have won first prizes and awards in major Piano Duo Competitions in the UK, Germany, USA and Czech Republic. They have appeared with leading orchestras around the world and given live broadcasts for national radio stations.
"Two-piano playing of sparkling vivacity and undoubted sensitivity." The Gramophone.
"I doubt if any other ensemble, anywhere in the world, would have equalled, far less surpassed, the combination of technical brialliance, profound musicianship and rare communicative skills." Musical Opinion
