What is tutti.co.uk?

tutti.co.uk is a web shop-window. At tutti, we act as an agency for suppliers who wish to offer their goods for sale to a global market. These suppliers are often performing musicians and contemporary composers who have small catalogues of specialised products. The suppliers may also be small independent publishers or record labels. Individually, it may not be viable for these suppliers to host their own e-commerce website, but collectively through tutti, all of them can benefit from being able to offer their goods for sale over the Internet. We are all musicians at tutti and we are convinced that on a global basis, there is a niche market for every artist who has something to contribute.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Maestro, Solo, Delta and American Express. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

We have taken every step to ensure that the use of your credit card over the Internet is handled with the highest level of security. Our secure server which uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption is accredited and recommended by the credit card clearance system NatWest Streamline who service the use of your credit card.

How do I keep track of my order?

While you are shopping, a summary of the contents of your basket will be displayed on every page, including a link to view and edit the contents of your basket.

To process your order, you click on "checkout". At the next screen you will be able to fill in your contact and shipping details. Before continuing to our secure server you will be asked to confirm the contents of your order and the final total, including tax, postage and packing. Once on our secure server you can safely enter your credit card details and "submit" to complete your purchase.

Once your order is complete you will be sent an email confirming the details of your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

There is a handling charge per order and a postal charge for each item based on weight and world postal zone. The costs are automatically calculated by our system and added to the total of your order. This is carefully itemised and clearly displayed at the checkout. What is your policy in respect of returns and refunds?

We want to provide the best service to our customers. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will refund in full any product returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. If the mistake is ours, we will also refund the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. How do I search for the titles I want?

The products for sale through the tutti Web Shop-Window are catalogued according to CDs (and other recordings), Sheet Music, Books and Musical Accessories. They are then further categorised for CDs and Sheet Music according to performing forces. In this way you can go directly to the classification of music which interests you. As an alternative, you can use the search box which is displayed at the top of each page, on the right. Enter any relevant word to make your search: the name of a composer, performer, record label, publisher, instrument, for example. The search engine will display the products which relate to the search words you have entered.

How can I view the sample pages?

Whenever you see the paper icon you can download a sample page of music. Clicking on the icon should open the page in your browser.

If the page does not automatically appear you will need to install Adobe Reader. This is available free of charge from Adobe's web site.
