Despatch Times, Delivery Charges and UK and Other Taxes

Despatch Times

Orders received before 12 noon, UK time, will normally be despatched on the same working day. Orders received after 12 noon, UK time, will normally be despatched on the next working day.

Orders for goods where no delivery charge is specified will be despatched in accordance with the supplier's terms. Apply to supplier for information.

Orders typically arrive in:

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
  • Continental Europe: 5-10 working days
  • Rest of World: 10-15 working days, except
  • Asia and South America: 4 - 6 weeks

Delivery Charges

For each order, there is a handling and packaging charge of £2.15 (inclusive of VAT). Postal rates are 1st class or Parcel Force in the UK. There are four other postal zones all charged at the UK airmail rate: Europe, World Zone 1, World Zone 2 and World Zone 3.

Handling, packaging and postal costs are charged as part of the order, except where no delivery charges are specified, when only the handling and packaging fee of £2.15 (inclusive of VAT) is charged.

UK Taxes

Some goods are liable to UK Value Added Tax (VAT). This is clearly shown where the product is displayed. Goods are despatched with a billing note/receipt which includes VAT details and registration number. It may be possible to reclaim this tax in countries within the European Economic Area. Where goods are despatched outside the European Economic Area, VAT is deducted at the point of sale.

Other Taxes

There may be local taxes for which the customer is liable at the point of importation. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

We want to provide the best service to our customers. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will refund in full any product returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. If the mistake is ours, we will also refund the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that some products may be sealed to ensure that they have not been copied or tampered with before delivery to you. If this seal is broken, we regret we will be unable to offer a refund, but if your product is faulty we will happily provide a refund or replacement.

To return an item, please enclose your original delivery note and repack securely. State the reason for the return and send the package to:

To ensure proof of despatch, please obtain confirmation of posting.

Cancellation Rights

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel this contract, please write ‘Contract cancellation’ on the delivery note that accompanies your items, package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery note so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. However, you should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, handling, postage and packing).
