Picture of Sheet music for chamber choir and organ by Malcolm Dedman. This Anthem, originally written in 1967, can be performed by a good amateur choir in either a liturgical or concert setting. This is the revised version of 1984.

Come Unto Me is a setting for choir of the Biblical text, Matthew 11 vv28-30. A conventional 4 part choir is employed, although each part divides during the course of this setting. An optional organ part is provided to help the choir with intonation, although it is ideal if the anthem is performed a cappella.

The anthem was written when I was just 18 years old, but I revised it in 1984 to prepare it for the Recontres Internationales de Chant Choral competition, for which it won second prize in 1985. The current version was made with minor adjustments as a result of the piece being workshopped.
