Concertino is written for cello solo, requiring a professional player, and 6 instruments which can be played by amateurs. It is a miniature concerto in one movement and was originally written for a CoMA call for scores.
Transmutations is for flute, clarinet, saxophone and piano. The title suggests change, or transmutating, such as the changes that occur in nature, for example, one chemical element to another, etc. The changes in this piece are purely musical.
Plea for Concordance is for two cellos and piano. It was inspired by the current events in Northern African and Middle Eastern countries which, for various political reasons, are experiencing disunity and unrest. It includes a 'reconciliation theme' that is presented in different forms in each of the three movements.
