An attractive piece of 'world music' in a jazz style, I was asked to write this piece by the distinguished French Horn player Stephen Stirling. It is in two sections, the first in a moderately slow and more contemplative mood, followed by a faster, more dynamic movement. This is a piece where classical music players can let their hair down and have some fun in a jazz idiom.
