The third in a series of seasonal duets for recorders. This one is for descant and treble. Each piece explores a distinctive rhythm pattern. Not particularly hard but will need some work on the ensemble.
Originally for organ, these variations were composed towards the end of Bach's life. This recorder version makes use of contrasting registers and adds a few notes, though remains largely faithful to the original.
A short single-movement piece for SATB recorder quartet or ensemble. Written for massed playing at the 2014 Challinger Festival in Yokohama, Japan. Not especially hard, though needs some work on ensemble.
