This fine, well-known movement appears here in an arrangement which aims to make the most of the textures, colours and contrasts available to a body of strings without losing the essence of the original. The double bass, though desirable, may be left out.
The pack contains a score, plus parts for violin 1, violin 2, viola, cello and double bass, plus a 'quartet-cello' part for use when playing one-to-a-part, in the quantities: 5/5/4/4/2 + 1 (quartet-cello). As with all Stringbin items, score and parts are handsomely printed on high-quality 100gsm paper. The material is contained in a sturdy, transparent plastic wallet.
